SHOWA primarily focuses on South Tyrol's creative community, but we welcome creators from the entire region and beyond. Clients can hire talent from anywhere, but our core mission is to empower local youth aged 18-30 to turn their creative passions into thriving careers.
You have complete control over your pricing! When you create your profile, you can set your rates based on your experience, skills, and the type of work you offer. We provide industry benchmarks to help guide you, but ultimately you decide what your work is worth. You can offer hourly rates, project-based pricing, or package deals.
Your payment is protected! We use a secure escrow system. When a client books your service, they pay upfront and the money is held securely. Once you complete the work and the client approves it, you receive your payment (minus our 15% platform fee). If there's a dispute, our support team steps in to mediate and ensure fair resolution.
Absolutely! While SHOWA is rooted in South Tyrol, you're free to work with clients anywhere. Many of our photographers, videographers, and designers travel for projects. You can specify your service area and travel willingness in your profile. We encourage both local and international collaborations!
After each completed project, both the creator and client can leave a review. Reviews are visible on your profile and help build your reputation. We use a 5-star rating system with written feedback. Only clients who have actually booked and completed a project can leave reviews, ensuring authenticity. Great reviews boost your visibility in search results!
Currently, SHOWA operates in German, Italian, and English to serve South Tyrol's multilingual community. You can create your profile and communicate with clients in any of these languages. Our platform interface automatically adapts based on your language preference.
