1. What Showa is

Showa is a platform that connects creative talent with local businesses in South Tyrol. It is currently in pre-launch phase. By joining the waitlist or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use Showa

Showa is open to anyone based in or operating within South Tyrol and surrounding Alpine regions. To join as a creator, you must be at least 16 years old. Business accounts require a legitimate commercial activity.

3. Creator accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and portfolio
• You must own or have rights to all content you upload
• Showa does not take commission on work arranged through the platform
• All agreements, contracts, and payments are between you and the business directly

4. Business accounts

• You may not use Showa to solicit creators for unpaid work
• You are responsible for honouring agreements made with creators
• Showa is not liable for disputes between creators and businesses

5. Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, spam, or misrepresentation of any kind
• Uploading content you do not own
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform

6. Intellectual property

Creators retain full ownership of their work. By uploading content to Showa, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of connecting you with opportunities. We will never sell or license your work to third parties.

7. Disclaimers

Showa is provided as-is. We are not responsible for the quality of work arranged through the platform, nor for any dispute between a creator and a business. We do not guarantee a minimum number of opportunities or contacts.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use of Showa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
