Showa is a platform that connects creative talent with local businesses in South Tyrol. It is currently in pre-launch phase. By joining the waitlist or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
Showa is open to anyone based in or operating within South Tyrol and surrounding Alpine regions. To join as a creator, you must be at least 16 years old. Business accounts require a legitimate commercial activity.
Creators retain full ownership of their work. By uploading content to Showa, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of connecting you with opportunities. We will never sell or license your work to third parties.
Showa is currently run by a team of 4 people, each covering an important role within the project. At this stage, the team is mainly focused on building and developing the platform, with responsibilities divided across the different areas needed to bring Showa to life.
The CEO of Showa is Francesco Perathoner, who originally started the project and continues to lead its overall direction and development.
Showa has been self-funded to date through direct contributions from each member of the founding team, who are therefore also considered part of the project's early investment circle. This shared commitment reflects the team's confidence in the platform's long-term potential.
As of April 2026, the platform and the project are valued at $10,000. This valuation is based on two elements: (1) the initial investment made into the project combined with the value of the platform itself, and (2) an assessment carried out by a third party. Together, these currently establish the value of the project at this amount.
Showa is provided as-is. We are not responsible for the quality of work arranged through the platform, nor for any dispute between a creator and a business. We do not guarantee a minimum number of opportunities or contacts.
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use of Showa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
